Graduating with distinction in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from KIIT DU University, Bhubaneswar, he has evolved from a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies to the proud owner of Masters Academy.
 
With decades of experience and notable roles at FIITJEE and T.I.M.E Bhubaneswar, Mr. Kedia is a mentor par excellence. Mr. Pramod Pandey​

A maestro in the realm of Quantitative Aptitude and DILR, Mr. Pramod Kumar Pandey graces Endeavor Magic Pvt. Ltd with an illustrious career devoted to shaping young minds. As a mentor at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pramod has earned his stripes in the field of CAT, IPMAT and other management entrance exams. His journey in education includes significant contributions to Mahendra Educational Pvt Limited, where he served as Quantitative Aptitude trainer across various cities PAN India including Ahmedabad, Surat and Rajkot. He also held roles as Content Developer, Curator, and led the Quant team at its Lucknow headquarters.
 
Mr. Pramod holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a brief stint at Reliance Industries. He has demonstrated exceptional performance in various All India exams such as GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) in 2012 and 2013, as well as CAT (Common Admission Test) in 2019, 2020, and 2022, achieving percentiles exceeding 98.8. Mr. Rajiv Ranjan

Rajiv has over 10 years of experience in Education Sector and has done his Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.

Rajiv has worked as Vice President Sales for Neosap Ed-Tech where focus was on developing strategies relating to the company’s market, products, services, and sales goals and also increases customer volumes/revenues in a competitive and dynamic environment.

Rajiv was Head of Product (Education Abroad) for Endeavor Magic Pvt. Ltd

Rajiv is also associated with SP Jain School of Global Management as he took sessions on Business Stats for the E-MBA at Mumbai and Dubai Campus, and also took BBA Business Maths For Sep 2016 Batch in Singapore.

Rajiv has worked for Imarticus Learning as an Aptitude Trainer, conducted campus to corporate training for all batches ensuring readiness for interview in Investment Banking Domain including one to one coaching and feedback to students based on their Performance.

External Corporate Trainings in Goldman Sachs ,Barclays Bank, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley execution after thorough Training Need Analysis Post Training follow up for ensuring applicability & effectiveness of the Program.

Rajiv was associated with Kaplan Test Prep and Chopras as well.
